The villa is built on a slightly sloping fenced plot of 911 m2, on the main road to Elounda, about 200 meters from the sea and close to all the famous hotels of Elounda, such as Elounda Beach, Porto Elounda and Elounda Bay.

The villa is in great condition (built 2002) and offers great views of Elounda gulf and Spinalonga Island.

Villa’s plot is fenced and has access to the main road through two remote controlled gates.
